Ryan Johnsen started in the seat and worked his way through to production supervisor across coal mining, bulk earthworks and agriculture — based in Mackay, Queensland, in the heart of North Queensland's mining country.
After 16 years watching the recruitment industry consistently miss what actually makes someone good on a site, Ryan started Frontline Talent Group — a recruitment business built on real operational knowledge, not keyword matching.
